2. Server logs

When you visit this website, the web server processes technically necessary data (IP address, time of access, requested URL, user agent, referrer) on servers in the EU to provide and secure the service (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Logs are deleted automatically after a short period and are not merged with other data sources.

3. Local storage (language choice)

When you switch languages, your browser remembers the choice in localStorage (keykuveris-locale). The value stays on your device and is never transmitted to us. You can remove it at any time via your browser settings.

4. Contact

If you contact us by email, we process the information you provide to handle your request (Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR) and delete it once storage is no longer required and no legal retention obligations apply.

5. Links to our own services

This website links to other services operated by Hartmann IT Solutions GmbH (e.g. blog.kuveris.com, mxaudit.io). Each has its own privacy policy on the respective site.

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right of access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection to processing based on Art. 6(1)(f) (Art. 21). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority; the authority responsible for us is the Bavarian State Office for Data Protection Supervision (BayLDA), Ansbach, Germany.
